ISG can design a custom system for your application. An example of one such system is ISG's Powder Coat / Powder Blow-Off controller. This system detects part hangers on a chain conveyor, determines the type of hanger and/or part and automatically adjusts the air controls based on the type of hanger present.
The system is not limited to air blow-off or power coating operations. It can be used to control virtually any process involving a chain conveyor
transport mechanism. The system utilizes non-contact
laser sensors to sense parts and/or hangers.
